Ciudad Productiva was a one-of-a-kind real estate development in Bolivia designed to promote a lifestyle centered around self-sufficiency, agriculture, and community. Unlike typical housing developments, this project offered larger-than-average plots of land meant for both living and working the soil. Each land purchase came with a selection of plants and crops, encouraging residents to cultivate their own food and contribute to a productive, sustainable community. Over the course of five years, the project successfully brought this vision to life, creating a thriving rural neighborhood of modern-day farmers.
We partnered with Ciudad Productiva from launch to completion, providing full-cycle marketing and communication support. Our work included creating seasonal sales campaigns tailored to market demand, managing their social media, and producing compelling photo and video content. We also developed audio-based tools—such as radio jingles and event-specific voiceovers—to boost visibility and engagement at key sales moments.
