Colonia Jardín is a real estate development located on the east side of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, in a growing residential zone. The project offered land lots with flexible payment options—including one-time payments and monthly installment plans—making it accessible to a wide range of buyers. A portion of the project included a gated neighborhood, adding security and value to the offering. Its appeal lay in both its location and its practical, community-centered approach to home ownership.
